1. Introductory Notes to Odds, Probability Calculator and Random Number, Combinations Generator
This is the complete online solution: The best online odds calculator that ever was coupled with the best random number and combination generator that ever was! The best online odds calculator plus random number and combination generator cover a lot of territory: Pick-lottery games, lotto, Keno, Powerball, horse racing, sports betting, soccer pools, roulette, Mega Millions, Euromillions.
IonOddsCalc and IonSaliuGen7 are ActiveX controls. They require Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or later. You might want to click Allow Install and Allow Run at the security prompts. You might need add saliu.com to your Trusted sites (via Tools, Internet Options, Security tab).
The odds calculator and the random number generator are guaranteed to be safe. The two online applications have been run billions of times by millions of lottery players, gamblers and math geeks around the world without any problem whatsoever. The only problem is, rarely, too many simultaneous online users. (It happened up until the early 2000s. O tempora! O mores!)

The Best Random Numbers, Combinations Generator of All Generators
This is not a purely random generator. Rather, it is a controlled number generator for the jackpot lotto games. It discards of worthless lottery combinations such as the infamous 1 2 3 4 5 6.
• Version 7.0 of the super generator implements superior inner (innate) filtering for lotto games, including Keno, Powerball, Mega Millions, Euromillions. The Saliusian filters are founded on the most significant parameters of probability theory and statistics. You'll notice on your lotto cards. The patterns follow more closely the patterns of real lottery drawings. Just take 10+10 lottery cards (grids). Mark the last 10 drawings on 10 lotto grids. Put an “R” (for real) on the back of the grids, so that nobody can see the marks.
Next, run the super random generator, say, 21 times. Scroll to the middle of the lotto combination file. Take any 10 combinations you want. Mark them on the other 10 lotto grids. Put a G (for generate) on the back of the grids, so that nobody can see the marks. Mix up the lotto cards, without seeing the back marks. Look at the lotto grids. Pick 5 or 10 of them. You'll be around 50% between the cards showing the real lottery draws and the cards plotting the randomly generated lotto combinations. Read more on the patterns plotted by real-life lottery drawings on lotto cards (matrix):
Internet Explorer is getting worse and worse; its browser market share dropped to the drains.
Therefore, I decided to make the two ActiveX controls available as standalone software for Windows. Thus, the lottery players can run the software offline, on their computers, anytime, anywhere. The software is free to download and run forever, with no strings attached.
Axiomatic one, you can still run these ActiveX controls online in Internet Explorer 11 and also under Microsoft Edge.
In Internet Explorer, click Settings (the toolbar gear), then Internet options.
Click the Security tab, then Trusted sites, and then Sites.
Add SALIU.COM by pasting https://*.saliu.com into the textbox; then click Add; click Close. No worries, my site has been around since 1997, with no security problems whatsoever; millions of visitors attest to it.
Still in the Security tab, click Custom level... to set permissions for ActiveX controls.
Scroll down and select the Prompt option for both Download signed ActiveX controls and Download unsigned ActiveX controls sections. Also, make sure that Enable has been checked in the Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins section.
Next, you accept the installation of the two controls. No worries, my ActiveX controls are absolutely safe; they've been around since the early 2000s.
Click the Tools gear on Internet Explorer (IE) bar; click Compatibility View settings. You should be able to see and run the two ActiveX controls.
Microsoft Edge always asks you to leave IE and load the pages in the new Edge browser. Do not accept (close the dialog).
Open Edge Settings, then Default browser, then Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode; select option Allow.
Copy the link to this page you see in the address bar (ending in calculator_generator.html) and paste it to the section Internet Explorer mode pages. You can add other pages as well (e.g., online_odds.html and generator.html you find on this site).
Restart the Edge browser; reopen the page with my ActiveX controls. The great apps run correctly on my computer (on other people's PCs as well).
Microsoft disabled Internet Explorer in Windows 11. The browser is still there, but it will not start — it is dead for all intents and purposes.
However, Microsoft made it easier to open sites like this one, with my ActiveX controls, in Edge. In Settings (the ... dots), select directly the option Reload in Internet Explorer mode.
You can also toggle to On the option Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time.
Better still, there is a button on the toolbar: "Reload tab in Internet Explorer mode". The page looks and behaves like in Internet Explorer 11! O tempora! O mores!
With some more effort, users can run my ActiveX controls even in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. The downloaded controls can be installed as Extensions. Just locate where the controls were downloaded.
The screenshot below was taken in Microsoft Edge. It shows one of my ActiveX controls working flawlessly. It also works great in good old Internet Explorer, the best browser that ever was! Too bad the anti-Microsoft sentiment brought about the Internet Explorer casualty!
